Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we do not hold a home without an approved application and deposit. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Your deposit needs to be paid within 24 hours of your application being approved. First month’s rent is due in full at move in and is required in certified funds. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Applications are conveniently available online. We look forward to receiving and processing your application. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
We have pet friendly homes but there are breed restrictions. Please see our criteria here. If you are applying, please mention the pet on your application and enter the pet information on www.petscreening.com. There is a $300.00 pet fee due at move-in and $50 pet rent per month per pet. If you are a current resident, please provide pet info on www.petscreening.com and be aware that getting a new pet may require owner approval. If approved, the pet fee and pet rent will apply. If you have an emotional support or service animal, the fees do not apply. You will need to provide verification for the emotional support/service animal.
