It’s an exciting time, and we’ll be changing our name as well! We have just franchised with Property Management, Inc. or PMI. It’s a nationwide company with almost 200 offices from coast to coast. Reliant Property Management is a very successful company, so you may be wondering why we’d make such a radical change. That’s a good question. And we have some good answers.

Primarily, we have seen a lot of changes in the rental property management industry. Hedge funds and real estate investment trusts are gobbling up billions of dollars of rental real estate. Hundreds of them are buying Murfreesboro investment property right here in our backyard. They have Wall Street money behind them, and that’s changed the market. Joining this franchise will give us the national presence we need to continue competing for good, high quality residents to fill your properties.

Preparing for the Change
This will be really exhilarating, and it’s taking place soon. Around May of 2017, you’ll see an official changing of the signs and banners. You’re going to get the same good people who have been servicing you and your investment property needs for years. We will still proudly manage in the greater Middle Tennessee area including Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Antioch, Nashville, and Lebanon. We have been here for you, and we’re still here for you.
What will Change for You?
That’s a good question, and the answer is – not much. Your login and password may change on the portal, but we’re trying to prevent even that. The residents will have to change the name they write on rent checks. But that’s it. This is a fantastic opportunity. Until the switch, you can continue to reach us on our website. Moving forward, our site will change to pmiprostn.com. Our new name will be PMI Professionals. We are making property management manageable.
